Catherine is a registered psychologist, yoga teacher and a PhD scholar from the School of Psychology at the University of Queensland. She is a recipient of the UQ Research Scholarship.

Catherine is undertaking a randomised control trial on a “mindful movement program, MiYoga, for children with cerebral palsy”. MiYoga aims to trial a family centered mindfulness-based movement program using hatha yoga techniques to enhance children’s attention, physical, behavioural and emotional outcomes and caregiver’s well-being outcomes. The program is tailored for the physical and emotional needs of children with cerebral palsy (CP).
